We designed this gym for ALL people and ALL fitness levels. We believe in loving yourself while you work on yourself and that no one is ever too far gone.
All of our trainers are Certified Personal Trainers and Jordan has her CrossFit L1. Our 30-60 minute workouts are always full body and completely scalable from a D1 athlete to someone who is just starting their fitness journey.
With your monthly membership, you will have access to ALL classes offered at FMFitness Gym, our weekly newsletter and our LIFTWFM App.
This is the same as our regular membership but is discounted for first responders, teachers, and healthcare professionals.
