WHERE IT ALL STARTED

We are moms, business partners, and friends. We started this journey a few years ago because we are both incredibly passionate about not only our own fitness journeys, but also helping others find balance and success in their lives. We are both NASM certified personal trainers and co-owners of FMFitness Gym and LIFTWFM App.

We believe in growth and that it's important to love yourself while you work on yourself.

Our mobile app allows you to do our workouts any time, anywhere with whatever equipment you have (including no equipment). You get 6 workouts a week plus warm ups and optional strength days. Each workout includes descriptions and demo videos.

People who exercise regularly have better mental health and emotional wellbeing. Exercise not only boosts our mood, concentration and alertness, but improves our cardiovascular and overall physical health.

Exercising increases your body's energy supply. Exercising also boosts oxygen circulation inside your body. This increase in oxygen not only supports the mitochondria's energy production, it allows your body to function better and to use its energy more efficiently.
