This “Quick Hitter Ebook” is a self led 4 week challenge.


You get 20 workouts written by two certified NASM personal trainers.


Each workout is 12-30 minutes long with an emphasis on functional movement. We believe that simple IS effective and we’re not here to complicate fitness. Use the equipment you have! It is programmed for dumbbells, a box, and jump rope but everything can be modified if you do not have all of the equipment.
